Delivery times according to region.
Same Day dispatch for all order purchased before 04:30 pm (GMT+1) Monday to Friday. Orders purchased during weekend and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK and Channel Islands:
We Offer Free delivery on all UK & Channel Islands orders “Free Delivery” orders can take between 3-5 working days.
You can also select 1-2 days delivery at a cost of £3.20 or Next Day delivery at a cost of £6.90.
International Delivery
Europe and USA: We offer Standard Delivery at a cost of £3.89 Delivery time 7-10 working days. We have a international tracked delivery option at a cost of £8.90, delivery time between 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world: Standard delivery 8-14 business days at a cost of £3.89. We also offer International tracked delivery at a cost of £8.90 with delivery time between 5-7 working days. Average transit times to the UK: 3 to 5 Days.
Average transit times to EU Countries: 7 - 10 Days
Average transit times to the USA 10 Days
Average Transit times to all other countries 10 to 15 Days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
